Calf raises(sitting and standing)- I do these last and with feet facing out, feet facing in, and feet facing straight.•6. great hammy exercises: lying leg curls on a bench with a weight between your feet, Romanian deadlifts and glute-ham raises. ****Exercises such as split leg lunges work your quads but also use your hamstrings as well.****-It’s been a long road of trying, giving up, and trying again... but when you set your mind to- this is my life.. it’s not just about a number on the scale or a look; this is my life... quitting doesn’t happen anymore. Yes setbacks happen, but you just pick up and keep on moving.
