Especially in running where repetitive loads are placed on the body. High loads at low reps targeting the running muscles is the best way to reduce your likelihood of injury. Remember we cannot prevent injury but we can definitely reduce it. On a different note, give it up my dude @fairbz for his commitment to training at 11PM. Hard work is 🔑
