Pretty much everyone will lose weight if they eat 1,200 calories a day (although that isn't necessarily healthy or sustainable 🙄) and do some sort of physical activity a few times a week...So why is it that some coaches get results from their clients where others don't? 🤔..In short, it usually comes down to ☝🏼 thing: a plan has to SUIT your individual client. 🤷🏼‍♀️..1️⃣The plan has to be REALISTIC for them - e.g it probably isn't realistic to expect an online client with no previous experience in the gym to be doing barbell squats to failure.2️⃣The plan has to be SUSTAINABLE for them - e.g most people won't eat only 1,200 calories a day for long before binging.3️⃣The plan has to fit in with their LIFESTYLE - e.g someone who has to arrange childcare for every session won't be able to attend the gym 7 days a week.4️⃣The plan has to be ENJOYABLE - e.g not everyone likes chicken chicken and broccoli.
